Anytime together  is time well invested- find a video game that your children and you can share.  Learn how to use the controls and have your child mentor you in this department.  I found it hilarious, I can drive a vehicle well, driving on the video games, I cannot stay on the road to save my life!

  • A small “Win” is huge in the change department!  
  • Success will propel you to keep going and keep improving.
  • Reducing stress and relaxing would goes hand in hand with spending time with our family. Reducing stress is all about  stepping back – moving out of our daily schedule, kicking off our shoes and laughing at the silly things….sound good?
